OMG WILD! If I ever saw anyone pick their nose at MY dinner table, I would tell them, "you obviously have no manners, no home training and you sure as fuck don't know what PROPER table etiquette is." After that, I'd probably ask them to leave if they were a guest.

If it was someone in my family that I coudln't ask to leave, I'd probably give them a good slap in the back of the head. Then I'd just give them
"THE LOOK".
